Synthetic Monocrystalline and Polycrystalline Diamond Slurries

In contrast to diamond pastes, the application of diamond slurries excludes the necessity of manual processing and allows to apply the automatic dosing system. The application of automatic dosing allows to decrease the time of polishing and requires smaller quantity of diamond slurry.

There are two types of Diamond Slurries: Polycrystalline and Monocrystalline. Polycrystaline Slurry is used for high precision polishing with strict requirements to the quality of processed surface. Polycrystalline slurries have the increased abrasive ability, high efficiency and provide processing without loss of optical properties.

Monocrystalline Slurry is the best way to achieve the desired results saving maximum of your resources.

Monocrystalline Water Soluble Slurry (SD-W) is widely used for lapping and polishing of electro-optical and electronic components, where the absence of oil materials is required.

Monocrystalline Oil Soluble Slurry (SD-O) is recommended for ceramic, metal and carbide parts, semiconductor substrates, where use of water causes problems.
